Return/Exchange policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days after that you have recieved your package.
Returned items must be unused and with all tags attached. Footwear returns & exchanges must include the shoe box in its original condition. If there are damages to products sent back refund will not be accepted.
Note; shipping and customs charges are non refundable.

At returns/exchanges please send your item together with the original invoice to following address:

Also, prior to sending it back please contact us by e-mail at info@keensthlm telling us if you wish to return or exchange into another item.
Once we receive your package your refund will be processed.

Delivery

Items are sent 1-3 weekdays after receiving the order.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Shipping rates:

Sweden 65 SEK
Europe 150 SEK
Rest of the world 250 SEK

Note that these rates are not inclusive of import costs!

Tax free

Customers outside of the European Union do not have to pay Swedish Tax. Unfortunately the tax will not be deducted automatically when placing an order but we will issue a refund manually. If you have any questions regarding this please e-mail us at info@keensthlm.se

All prices include 20% VAT, Swedish tax.
